How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them.
What decides the price
Three things set the price: how long the session is, whether it is wet or dry, and any add-on you choose. The suite for two is priced for two chairs.
The length, from 45 to 90 minutes
Wet or dry
Add-ons such as a blow-dry or a neck and shoulder finish
One chair or the suite for two
The scalp check
Every session begins with a few minutes of looking and talking: your scalp, your hair, anything to avoid. It is part of your session time.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree before we start, and the time is added to your visit when the schedule allows.
Deposits
We take no deposit. A card holds your time, and it is charged only for a missed session or a late cancellation, under the terms you see before you confirm.
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your visit without trouble. If you arrive late, we shorten the session so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for your therapist.
A gift card works for any amount and any session, wet or dry. Buy one online or at the desk, and whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in your state.
